It functions as both a prison service and a hospital service, providing advanced clinical treatment and programs for both male and female occupants. The hospital is named after Thomas Embling, an English born doctor, who emigrated to Australia and was appointed Resident Medical Officer at the Yarra Bend Lunatic Asylum. Patients are usually admitted from the criminal justice system, either via prison transfer or from a court order for psychiatric treatment.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.forensicare.vic.gov.au/page.aspx?o=teh )〕 ==Site== The grounds of Thomas Embling are on the grounds of the former Fairfield Infectious Diseases Hospital and adjacent to the former HM Prison Fairlea which was originally the Yarra Bend Lunatic Asylum. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Thomas Embling Hospital」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
